How do I track my order?

After we send out your order, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to keep track on your order either on our website or the carrier's website.

Do you deliver to Europe?

Yes, We ship to all European countries. The delivery time may differ based on where you are, but generally, most orders should reach you within 3-5 business days after processing.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

The lead times provided are estimates and can be found on each product page under the "estimated Dispatch time." If you choose an in-stock item with a dispatch time of 3-5 days, the delivery
typically takes around 7-14 days. The actual duration may vary depending on the
specific item and the country of delivery.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return period for all our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@furniturerupee.com within 14 days from the date you received the goods.
 
It's important to note that any delivery charges paid will not be refunded. To ensure a full refund, you can handle the return shipment to our warehouse yourself and avoid deductions from the refund.
The goods should be returned in their original packaging, with adequate insurance during transit, and must be in the same condition as when dispatched by Furniture Rupee. Goods need to be returned in good condition.

Within 7 days of receiving the returned goods, we will inspect their condition. If the condition is acceptable, we will arrange for a refund within 7 days of our inspection. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the buyer during the initial purchase.

Will my items come in one package?

The number of boxes your order will be shipped in depends on the size of your order; it could be in one box or two.

What do I do if I am missing part of my order?

If, by any chance, something is missing from your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will promptly investigate your request and address any issues.

How can I cancel my order?

If you have a change of mind , though we hope it never happens, you can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Just get in touch with us, and we'll cancel your order, providing you with a full refund. Even after an item has been delivered, you have the option to cancel your order within 14 days. How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

To ensure security, refunds can only be made to the original payment method used for placing your order. Once we receive the items back in our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 7 working days. Please allow an additional 5 days for your bank account to be credited.
