14-DAY RETURN POLICY

At Furniture Rupee, we provide a 14-day return policy for all purchases. You can return your item within the first 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return. If your order includes multiple items, the 14-day return period starts after you have received the last item in your order.

REFUND PROCESS

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If it's approved, we'll process the refund, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

We only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@furniturerupee.com and send your item to: 146 Brammas close.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.
